The room was nice, hotel and facilities are fine

The pillows was uncomfortable, room is small, the plates from restaurant are small. I had to put user and pass everyday to connect the wifi, the tv service was not good. The fridge in my room doesn't work

The breakfast was not so good but we paid 180k extra for the room because we wanted breakfast. Tip for breakfast eat it somewhere else

Nice stay

Beautiful place, very clean, room comfortable. The staff was lovely very helpful and welcoming.

The only thing I’d say more food options and drinks. They have an amazing rooftop but just sell beers or wine, maybe some cocktails would be nice, but overall everything amazing

Wonderful

Good place to stay. Cheaper on booking than directly in the hotel (which is strange) Room service is extremely good (perfect room every day) give some good tip before you leave!! (; The best thing about the whole hotel is the parking security guard He's super nice and friendly, gives you tips, always welcomes you and asks how it's going. What a great person.

Worth for the sale price!

We got the sale price when we booked this hotel! We guessed it was because the pool was being maintaining so there was no pool to use. But it was absolutely fine for us! Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well maintained.

The shower was not hot enough, it was only slightly warm.

The staff were lovely.

I had no tv for first night no volume only picture. My fridge didn't work for first 2 days so had to throw out my milk drinks I had in it. I was getting ready 1 morning and my friend went down stairs early I said order me a coffee will be there in 5 mins as we were going out so when I went down stairs she said I asked them but they said go to Starbucks. There was 5 staff 2 behind bar and 3 in reception but apparently no one wanted to make coffee. The staff was lovely but the property could be making more money and make people want to hang around there if they had someone to serve drinks at swim up bar.

The rooms are great but it’s like a railway station tourist buses coming in and out to pick up other customs. Great place if just want a nice place to sleep at at night

Nice clean room in a location accessible to many restaurants - free shuttle to Bali collection was helpful. Staff friendly

Arranged a time with the driver to pick us up at 7pm from Bali collection but waited until 7:30 and he hadn’t turned up so had to pay for a taxi back - told the staff who said that we should have waited as he’d just set off and seemed surprised we hadn’t waited

Overall was a good stay.

The staff were courteous, the location was good.

The room was a bit dirty, insects in the bathroom, no face towel and iron. Bedsheets was not very clean.

On our second night our shower/hot water stopped working. Maintenance told us to wait in our room and they’d be back.. after oven an hour of waiting they finally returned with an engineer, who took a look and said they’d be back. A further hour later they came back again and said it was fixed. I then went to have a shower and it didn’t work. By this point we’d run out of time to go out for dinner and the hotel hadn’t offered us another room. In the end we asked to be moved to another room... when we got there the shower turned cold. This room was also right next to the restaurant so was very noisy from an early hour. Really not what I expected as there were alternatives such as Ibis that offered the same amount of nights for £30 less

Location was in Banoa, so if thats where you plan to stay, then its a good choice if you are on a budget and are dont mind. Senior staffs were super nice and professional.

Staff were nice people but the hotel did not train them properly. I specifically ask to pay part by cash and rest via credit card. The first staff said it was alright. But the staff who was charging my card charged the full amount. So they just decided to play along and told me it was not possible to pay part cash and part credit card. Also the room was not very clean and had ants on the table and on the floor. The facilties didnt seem to be well maintained. Also the pics on booking sites was sugar coated. Actual placed looked older. Lobby is always infested with loud mainland chinese tourists who tends to be very loud and without manners.

No door in bathroom. No window to open for fresh air, not even a tiny bit. Fridge was warm and it smelled like off milk. Remote didn’t work. Wanted to charge $75rp for a piece of white toast. Pool bar looked like it hasn’t been used in 20 years. Pool area very sad and sorry. Booked for 5 nights and left after 2

O wow what a dump! Please stay anywhere else! The staff are rude, the room filthy, the hot water did not work and I did not feel safe. This place makes Fawlty Towers look like the Ritz! There is a pool with a swim up bar, but the bar was not open when I was there. Plus you have to share you cocktail with all the bugs and leaves in the pool. Apparently there is a rooftop bar. There is a rooftop, and I went there a couple of time. Never saw a bar up there. The hotel is back from the main road. You have to walk your way through the rats to get there. I told staff twice that the hot water was not working in my room before they fixed it. Please take my advice, stay anywhere else!
